Friends of Milton Keynes Hospital & Community

Friends of Milton Keynes Hospital and Community is an independent charity run by volunteer trustees.

We aim to support the patients, families and community of Milton Keynes University Hospital who are sick, infirm or in need of assistance. We are an independent charity, hoping to make a real difference to Milton Keynes University Hospital as well as the community health services in and around Milton Keynes.

We raise money so that items can be purchased to help patients within Milton Keynes University Hospital and the local community. Items bought can range from radios for the ward, physiotherapy equipment, chairs and medical equipment for both the hospital and in the local community.
Support to patients and their families can be in the service we provide such as the MK Friends Shop and also the Trolley Service which goes round the wards every day, except Christmas Day, allowing patients to buy items such as newspaper, magazines, toiletries and cold drinks.

We now have our online shop where patients, families and friends can order online for delivery to the wards at Milton Keynes Hospital. Orders placed before 11am are delivered the same day. All profits go to improve patient experience.
